Our employee concept has been included in Juli 2007 in our company as an integral part of our team! MIMOS is our 2009 employee motivation instrument and gives all our employees a chance to show their own value in the company.
Top priority is self knowledge and self assessment. MIMOS has the function to turn top outputs into best company inputs and to look for own new limits every day. Top outputs come from our most encouraged employees which is the reason why MIMOS can bring satisfaction in the company, potential for improvement of own workplace, health and sport promotion, etc.
MIMOS works as follows:
During the assessment period of 2 months every employee makes a self assessment of 10 different points. The counter-check is made by our team leaders and management to let possible notes, changes or consents be known.
Engagement and success are of course rewarded:
After the counter-check the 3 best placed employees are chosen and of course all of them are rewarded with special bonus every 2 months.
The bonuses in MIMOS are calculated from the company annual profit and they are distributed to the entire APV team.
The most important instrument CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT is managed additionally. Our team continuously brings suggestions for improvement. The best improvement suggestions advect in the continuously work of the responsible employee. In this way the realization of important improvements is guaranteed. Iimprovements that bring some success into the company are rewarded! It is not enough to know; we must turn what we know to account. It is not enough to will; we must do. For APV itself, we see in MIMOS the possibility to stabilize the company structure so we can give excellent service to our customers and partners.
